Welcome to the Public Water Supply District No. 4 community. You can now start water service by email! Click on the "New Account Agreement" under the "Relevant Documents" below. Email the completed agreement along with a copy of a photo ID (such as a driver's license) to pwsd4office@gmail.com. Once our office has processed your paperwork, we will send you an email with instructions on how to pay your deposit ($60.00), setup fee ($10.00) and processing fee ($1.75). Please be aware that water service will not begin until these funds are collected. If you would prefer to sign up in person, please come by our office located at 14530 N Route U, Hallsville, Missouri Monday-Friday 8:00-3:00 for same day service or Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 for future service. Our office is closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00 each day. We look forward to serving your water needs.
